Gates open at 9 a.m.. Plan to arrive early to beat the crowd, check out the static displays, exhibits, family-fun activities, concessions and more.

The show schedule is the same on both days. Main performances begin at noon and wrap up around 4:30 p.m.. The performer schedule can vary and is subject to change.

Coming from the West

To General Admission Parking

If you are coming from the west on Airport Highway, you will turn right on US-20A to access the general admission parking lot. Do not go to the airport. Shuttles will be provided to and from the show and the general admissions parking lot. 

If you are coming from I-80/90, you will get off on Exit 52. Turn right on Airport Highway. Turn left on US-20A to access the general admission parking lot. Do not go to the airport. Shuttles will be provided to and from the show and the general admissions parking lot. 

To VIP Parking, Handicap Parking and Volunteer Parking

If you are coming from the west on Airport Highway, you will turn right at the main entrance to the Toledo Express Airport. Handicap parking will be located in the main Toledo Express parking lot. VIP and Volunteer Parking will be located off of the West Airport Service Road.

If you are coming from I-80/90, you will get off on Exit 52. Cross the intersection into the main Toledo Express entrance. Handicap parking will be located in the main Toledo Express parking lot. VIP and Volunteer Parking will be located off of the West Airport Service Road.

 

Coming from the East

To General Admission Parking

If you are coming from the east on Airport Highway, you will PASS THE AIRPORT and turn left on US-20A to access the general admission parking lot. Do not try to turn into the airport. Shuttles will be provided to and from the show and the general admissions parking lot. 

If you are coming from I-80/90, you will get off on Exit 52. Turn right on Airport Highway. Turn left on US-20A to access the general admission parking lot. Do not go to the airport. Shuttles will be provided to and from the show and the general admissions parking lot. 

To VIP Parking, Handicap Parking and Volunteer Parking

Coming from the South

To General Admission Parking

Access to the air show from the south will generally put you west or east of the airport on Airport Highway. Please use the east or west directions provided above.

For local traffic south of the airport, use US-20A to access the general admission parking lot located to the west of the airport.

To VIP Parking, Handicap Parking and Volunteer Parking

Once on Airport Highway follow the West or East entry instructions depending on your relative location to the airport.

Coming from the North

Access to the air show from the north will put you west or east of the airport on I-80/90 or Airport Highway. Please use the east or west directions provided above.

Parking for the Toledo Air Show is easy—and there is plenty of it.

*REMINDER: There is NO general admission parking at the Toledo Express Airport. The general admission parking lot located to the west of the airport on US-20A offers convenient shuttle service to and from the air show. If you have purchased a general admissions parking pass, please do not try to park at the airport. Please go to the general admissions parking lot located on US-20A west of the airport. This will help us improve traffic flow on Airport Hwy.

General Admission Parking (1)

General admission parking is $10 and located west of Toledo Express Airport off of State Route US-20A. Spectators will be provided with free shuttle service between the general admission parking area and the air show entrances. A general parking pass is required to park in this lot. 

Please purchase and download your parking pass in advance of the show to help keep the parking lines short and moving as efficiently as possible.

Handicap Parking (2)

Handicap parking will be provided at the main terminal lot at the Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport. A general parking pass is required to access the handicap parking area. Team members on golf carts will be available to help those who need assistance reach the main entry gates. Once inside the gates team members on golf carts can also help those who need assistance.

Please purchase and download your parking pass in advance of the show to help keep the parking lines short and moving as efficiently as possible.

VIP Parking (3)

Attendees can purchase VIP Parking for $20. The VIP parking lot is located within convenient walking distance to spectator entrances. Space in VIP parking is limited so get VIP parking passes while they last!

Please purchase and download your parking pass in advance of the show to help keep the parking lines short and moving as efficiently as possible.

Special Notice

Expect large crowds at the air show. This means that mobile service could be slow, unreliable or not available at times. Please purchase and download your tickets and parking passes before you get to the show! Parking attendants WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH. Please don't be that person holding up a line of cars trying to download your parking pass in traffic or at the entrance of the parking area.

Please read the following and understand what you CAN and CANNOT bring to the Toledo Air Show before you arrive.

  • All carry-in items and persons are subject to search
  • All unattended bags and items will be removed from the premises
  • Cameras may be used to monitor the facility
  • No overnight RV parking is permitted
  • We recommend you wear comfortable shoes, attending the show barefoot is not recommended

  • No bicycles (bicycle parking will be made available outside of the gates)
  • No scooters (except for physically challenged persons)

  • No food, drinks or coolers of any kind allowed through the gates

For Your Convenience

To minimize imposition, it is recommended that Toledo Air Show patrons bring only necessary items on their person and limit the size and contents of carry-in items to those that are essential.

Toledo Air Show concession stands feature a wide variety of food and beverage options for your enjoyment and convenience. Air show will only permit the entry of small coolers carrying life-saving medicines, formula bottles for young infants or food for persons with severe food allergies. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

FAQ

Is this a cashless event?

Admission tickets and parking passes can ONLY be purchased online with a credit or debit card. Parking attendants WILL NOT and CAN NOT accept cash. You must purchase and download your parking pass online in advance. Please purchase and download your parking pass BEFORE you arrive at the show.

Attendants will be available at the entry gates to assist with ticket purchases. You will need a Visa or Mastercard to purchase tickets at the gate. We highly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance to avoid lines. Advance, online ticket prices are also lower than day of ticket prices.

Once inside the show, you will be able to purchase food and drinks using cash or credit card. ATMs will be provided inside the show.

Is each ticket good for one day?

Yes, each ticket is only good for ONE day.

Are credit cards accepted at the gate?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at the gate using a Visa or MasterCard only. We highly encourage you to purchase your tickets before the show to make entry into parking areas and the show as efficient for everyone as possible. Prices day of the show are also higher than in advance.

ATM machines are located on the airport field. Concessions will accept cash or credit cards.

Is smoking allowed at the Air Show?

Yes, but for safety reasons smoking is allowed in designated areas only. These areas will be clearly identified.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The air show happens rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges.

I am a veteran. Do I get in free to the air show?

Members of the military in uniform receive free general admission to the air show. Active and retired military, military dependents, and first responders with proper I.D. are admitted for $15 in advance online and $15 at the gate, plus fees.

What can I bring to the Air Show?

All bags/carry-in items will be checked by security at the gate. Necessary items, in a small backpack or bag, such as medication, baby supplies/food, light clothing/blankets, sunscreen will be allowed.

If you have general admission tickets, please bring blankets and/or folding chairs as there are no seats provided. Reserve seating provides you a seat. Strollers are welcome in the general admission area and chalet areas. Strollers may be parked in designated areas at the back of the reserve seating area.

What is not allowed into the Air Show?

The Toledo Air Show is held on airport property and has strict safety procedures. To ensure your safety, please remember the following items are not allowed through the air show gates:

  • Guns, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Leatherman-type multi-tools

Other items not permitted include:

  • Tents/pop-up canopies
  • Large umbrellas
  • Bicycles (bike parking is available)
  • Coolers/large backpacks
  • Food and/or beverages – unless medically necessary (baby formula/food is allowed)
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • No pets of any kind are allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No exceptions.

Is there any shade?

General admission seating ticket holders will be under open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly and bring plenty of sunscreen. The Flightline Club Tent offers covered areas.

What time does the show end?

The performer schedule varies each day and is subject to change. Gates open at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. The air show recommends arriving early enough to account for traffic, detours, road closures and parking which may cause you to miss the show if you do not plan accordingly. Shuttle service concludes at 5:30pm.

Can I leave the air show and come back in?

Exit and re-entry into the air show is prohibited.

Do you have a sensory and mom’s room?

Yes. If you need a quiet break from the excitement of the show, our Sensory & Mom’s Room offers a calm, comfortable space for nursing mothers, young children, and guests who may need a low-stimulation environment. Located in the medical tent, it’s a welcoming place to recharge in privacy and comfort.
